Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Globalshop4u. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, minus shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at globalshopu157@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).

Please note the following conditions:

  1. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  2. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

  3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s).

  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best service for all our customers. If you have any issues with your order, product, or package, please contact us immediately so we can work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Our refund policy covers the following cases:

  1. Damaged Products: If the product you receive is damaged, please send us photos or videos of the damage. We will offer you a full refund or replacement.
  2. Incorrect or Missing Products: We have strict quality control standards, but if you receive an incorrect product, or one that is missing a component, please let us know. We will offer you a full refund or replacement.
  3. Products Out of Stock: If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund or replacement.
  4. Products Unable to Ship: If we are unable to ship your product due to limited transportation options, we will offer you a full refund.
  5. Delayed Orders: If your order is delayed for more than 30 days in normal circumstances, 40 days in busy seasons (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.), or due to unforeseen circumstances (such as epidemics), we will offer you a full refund.
  6. Cancel Orders: If you cancel your order before the product is shipped, we will offer you a full refund. However, we will not offer a refund if your order includes a POD product or branding project.
  7. Missing Packages: If your package is missing during delivery, we will offer you a full refund.

Please note:

  • You can raise a dispute within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • We offer a warranty for all products. The warranty period is 14 days from the day of receipt of the product. After 30 days, we do not support refunds.
  • The money will be refunded to the original payment channel (PayPal or credit card).
  • You don’t need to return the incorrect product. We will refund or resend the right one to you.
